• Business Environment/Context

  With more and more graduates going on to set up their own small business or develop a new idea in an existing organisation this module introduces you the basic skills needed. Including practical exercises such as creating a business plan for investors, managing cash flow and developing a marketing plan, you will learn the terminology using in business and put it to use. Assessment is through group presentation, individual and group reports, and examination.

  Business LawBusiness LawBusiness LawYou need excellent communication skills in order to be successful, not only while studying in the UK, but throughout your professional lives. ILSC Level 4 prepares students to develop skills for independent and collaborative working. This includes academic discussion and presentation skills, active listening skills and effective academic reading and writing skills. Assessments are largely practical, with a combination of a written research project, oral presentation and closed book examinations in Listening, Reading and Academic Writing.

  How will I be assessed?

  You will be assessed through two course works and a final exam.
