Easy application process

You can apply for a room at St John's as soon as you have accepted your UNIC offer and paid your tuition fee deposit.

University of Northampton Accommodation Team process applications for St Johns Hall of Residence and make room offers directly to UNIC Students.

Please be aware that the University of Northampton Accommodation Team manages rooms for over 2,500 students, they can be extremely busy at peak periods particularly the lead up to September intake. Please be patient as the booking process could take up to seven days to process.

You must not arrive for enrolment without any accommodation booked. If you have not finalized the booking process and paid for University accommodation before you arrive in the UK you will need to have funds to pay for a hotel or alternative arrangement for up to 7 days. Enrolment is the busiest time of year for the University so expect long delays if you wish to apply for St John’s on arrival to Northampton.

If you are considering making your own accommodation arrangements, we strongly recommend that you do so within Northamptonshire. Daily commuting from outside of the town is not advised as students miss out on valuable study time and social opportunities with classmates.

A 'Key and Damage' Deposit of £300 will be payable on acceptance of the room offer so please allow for this in your budget.
