Current Students

Q: Will University-managed accommodation continue to stay open?

A: Yes, the University of Northampton accommodation will continue to stay open for students unable to return home during this time. The Residential Life Team are doing all they can to make sure the accommodation is as safe as possible during this time. However, if you do not feel comfortable sharing with other students they can help you to find suitable private rental properties.


Q: Will private student accommodation continue to stay open?

A: Yes, private accommodation providers will continue to stay open. However, please contact the residential team for your accommodation provider and they can provide further information.


Q: Who do I contact with accommodation related questions?

A: If you have any questions about university accommodation, please email accommodation@northampton.ac.uk. Alternatively, please email student UNIC.StudentServices@unic.northampton.ac.uk and we can help during this time.


Future Students

Q: Can I still research accommodation options? If so, where can I find this information?

A: Yes absolutely. Please visit St-Johns accommodation for more information and video showcasing the type of accommodation available.


Q: When will I be able to book accommodation for September 2020 start date?

A: You can apply for a room at St John's as soon as you have accepted your UNIC offer and paid your tuition fee deposit. University of Northampton Accommodation Team process applications for St Johns Hall of Residence and make room offers directly to UNIC Students.
